Join the White River Area Agency on Aging at the Independence County Library for a special Lunch & Learn on Thursday, August 7 at 11:00 a.m. Learn how you can help guide, mentor, and support children in our community as a Foster Grandparent. Volunteers 55 and older may be eligible to receive: ✨ A $4/hr tax-free stipend ✨ Paid time off and training ✨ Travel reimbursement ✨ Recognition and community connection You'll receive a free lunch during the session, and applications will be available on-site.
