Learn about Bats in Batesville

Description

Help protect our local bats! Join Jacob Richards, Park Interpreter at Jacksonport State Park, for a fun, hands-on session about the Little Brown Bat and Big Brown Bat- What they eat, why they matter, and how to help them thrive. 

Then roll up your sleeves to help build bat boxes for downtown Batesville. All the materials provided, plus a chance to win a completed bat box that you can take home! 

Children are welcome to join this fun and informative class, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
