Slam Jam @ The Paddle

Join us for Slam Jam @ The Paddle on Friday, May 1 at 7:00 PM in the beer garden at Polk & Paddle for an evening of creativity, performance, and fun. With chill vibes, themed drinks, and prizes on the line, this event brings together competitive slam poetry and open mic entertainment for a memorable night out. The evening will begin with a Slam Poetry Competition from 7:00–8:30 PM, with prizes awarded for first, second, and third place. Participants should prepare three poems; poems do not have to be memorized. General slam poetry rules will apply. At 8:30 PM, the event will transition into Open Mic Time, featuring unjudged poetry, acoustic sets, and comedy skits.
