The Batesville Downtown Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing and supporting the heart of downtown Batesville. Through community projects, partnerships, beautification efforts, and special initiatives, the Foundation helps create welcoming spaces for residents and visitors to enjoy.

Among its community efforts is the continued care and enhancement of Maxfield Park, a unique downtown gathering space created with historic materials and features that celebrate Batesville’s heritage. The Foundation also supports activities that encourage families and visitors to experience downtown throughout the year.
