Tom and Brenda Doty began working with Roller-Swift Funeral Home while living in Osceola, Arkansas in the late 1990’s. Their passion for helping families during stressful times has resulted in the ownership of 3 funeral homes. They consider the funeral homes in which they serve to be an honor and privilege. While many funeral homes will say they are “family owned and operated” you may never see one of the family members. However, with the Doty’s you will see one of them at most services.Tom Doty, is Associate Pastor at Salem 1st Baptist Church, Salem, AR. He has pastored churches in NE Arkansas for over 50 years. Tom has a morning devotional, “Good Morning”, which is published on Facebook as well as by email which goes to over 200 people which is shared to friends and family.Brenda Doty serves as pianist for Salem 1st Baptist Church and serves on the board of Williams Baptist University located in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. She served on the board of the National Association of Financial Advisors as a national trustee and is Past President of the Horseshoe Bend Area Chamber of Commerce. She currently is singing and playing keyboard at Music in the Mountains, Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. Brenda also does Leadership training for various organizations.Lauren Doty Jeffery is a graduate of Williams Baptist University and began her work with families at the young age of 15. When asked what she enjoys doing she will gladly say “meeting with families”; which truly is shown with the families being served as they appreciate her warmness and gentle spirit.    Lauren serves as Secretary for the Horseshoe Bend Area Chamber and participates in the Williams Baptist University Young Business Leaders which meets annually. She also serves as the Nursery Director for Salem 1st Baptist Church.Tom, Brenda, and Lauren have over 50 years of combined experience in the funeral and insurance industry. Together they work in and manage the 3 locations which are in Horseshoe Bend, Salem, and Southside, Arkansas. They believe in offering Caring, Supportive, and Affordable service and merchandise while never lowering the standard of excellence.
