Dr. Ladd has been in private practice in Batesville since 1995. He a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry, making him a board certified optometric physician. He is a graduate of Arkansas State University and the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee where he received the award for Outstanding Clinician. He was also awarded Young O.D. of the Year in 2000.
