Legacy Hospice was established to provide home care for terminally ill patients. Our goal is to help meet patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs as well as the needs of their families. Legacy Hospice uses a coordinated program of support of services for pain and symptom control for terminally ill people and their families. Legacy Hospice offers the following services: medical care by patient's attending physician(s), nursing services, volunteers, therapies as prescribed by physicians, pastoral care, social work, certified nursing assistants, payments for medical equipment, supplies, drugs, and biological related to the terminal illness and a part of the hospice plan of care are covered, nurses on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
