The John Herman Hickman Foundation is a charitable organization established to provide meaningful assistance to individuals and families in the communities connected to Peco Foods. The Foundation focuses on providing aid and relief following natural disasters as well as educational scholarships for children of Peco team members and contract producers.

Through scholarships, disaster assistance, and support for community initiatives, the Foundation helps create opportunities and provides assistance when it is needed most.
