Small Business Consulting (Free | By Appointment) The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) at Arkansas State University will host free small business consulting sessions to help entrepreneurs and business owners with buying or selling a business, starting a business, or growing an existing business. Sessions are by appointment only and there is no cost to participate.
