The Southside School District will celebrate a major milestone in campus growth and student investment with a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new junior and senior high school additions at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 21. Community members, school supporters, families, and local leaders are invited to attend and tour the new facilities. The expansion project represents a transformative investment in the future of Southside students and the surrounding community. The multi-million dollar, 146,000-square-foot addition was made possible through a 2021 millage initiative and includes extensive new construction designed to support academic achievement, student safety, fine arts, athletics, and campus connectivity.
