*Job Summary* We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals with disabilities, seniors, or patients in need of home care services. *Duties* - Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation - Transport clients to appointments or outings - Monitor and report changes in client's health status - Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting when necessary *Qualifications* - Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or related field is preferred - Knowledge of home community care practices and procedures - Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with memory care needs - Proficient in assisting with daily living activities and personal care tasks - Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic medical terminology - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Certification in Social Work or related field is a plus
