Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM (flexible)
Hours: 20 hours/week
Pay: Based on experience
Position Summary
Ruddell Hill Baptist Church is seeking a personable and reliable part-time Church Secretary to provide administrative support and help keep daily office operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Prepare and format documents, correspondence, and church communications using Microsoft Office
Create flyers, announcements, and other materials using Publisher
Assist with basic bookkeeping and recordkeeping using QuickBooks
Support church communication through social media posting/updates
Provide general office and clerical support as needed
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with Publisher
Familiarity with QuickBooks
Comfortable using social media
Strong basic office/clerical skills
Personable, dependable, and detail-oriented
