Must be energetic, self motivated, well organized, can work independently and can multi task. Orthotic / Prosthetic experience not a must but helpful!

Job Duties for Patient Care Rep:

Verify insurance

Figure out co-pays

Go over with patients coverage and collect pymt

Check patients in / out on clinic days

Answer phones

Disburse all incoming faxes

Train to fit off the shelf medical devices

Check in / Open UPS

3 years Patient Care Rep experience preferred

Must have a knowledge and understanding of various medical policies.

Minimum 2 years experience in insurance verification and pre-auth

Help clean the office weekly

Pay is based on experience. Pay will be discussed at the interview.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
